1. Finding the right home takes some time for some people – Galveston’s rich assortment of historic east end homes, lofts and condos appeal to some. Maybe you’re looking for an investment property doubling as a residence for a child you have attending UTMB or Texas A&M and mid town duplexes are your fancy. Scheduling showings: It is best to do your fair share of previewing potential homes, but some know exactly what they want and see the property go live on the market and I have done virtual showings and presented offers with a longer option period giving the buyer time to come see the home and perform necessary inspections – more on that next.
